Therefore, as long as the deformation energy is within the range of forming energy, cold forging can easily obtain good dimensional accuracy and surface finish. As long as the temperature and lubrication cooling are well controlled, the temperature forging below 700℃ can also obtain good precision. Cold forging is the forming process under recrystallization temperature and forging under recovery temperature. In production, the forging without heating blank is called cold forging. The surface quality of cold forging is good, the dimension precision is high, can replace some cutting. Cold forging strengthens the metal and strengthens the flange.
